- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 tbsp Ranch Seasoning
- ¾ cup cheddar shredded
- ⅓ cup bacon pieces
- 3 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Chop the parsley.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese and ranch seasoning. Spread the mixture evenly over the tortillas.
- Then sprinkle cheese, followed by bacon pieces, and finally the chopped parsley.
- Toll the tortillas tightly into itself, until you meet the other end. Wrap each one separately with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until ready to serve,
- Once ready to serve, use a serrated bread knife to cut the tortilla rolls into one inch pieces, setting the ends aside for you to snack on.
- Arrange flat on a platter to serve.
