Juicy seasoned ground beef mixed with onion soup mix, layered with melty cheddar cheese, and tucked into soft Hawaiian rolls. Brushed with buttery garlic tops and baked until warm and golden, these sliders are simple, comforting, and totally irresistible.
Brown the ground beef in a medium skillet over medium heat, breaking the meat apart as it cooks, until it is completely browned.
Remove the meat from the heat, then mix in the onion soup mix.
Slice the rolls in half, and add the bottom layer of rolls to a casserole dish.
Layer ⅓ of the cheese, half the meat, ⅓ of the cheese, the other half of the meat, then top with the rest of the cheese. Cover with the top layer of rolls.
Melt the butter and mix the garlic into it, then brush over the top of the rolls.
Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil, transfer to the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil, then bake for an additional 10 minutes.
