Easy Cheeseburger Sliders

These cheeseburger sliders are the kind of cozy, crowd-pleasing meal everyone gathers around for. Warm, melty, and packed with classic burger flavor, they’re perfect for busy nights, game days, or casual family dinners. Simple to make and even easier to love, these sliders always disappear fast.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 oz packed Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Brown the ground beef in a medium skillet over medium heat, breaking the meat apart as it cooks, until it is completely browned.

Remove the meat from the heat, then mix in the onion soup mix.

Slice the rolls in half, and add the bottom layer of rolls to a casserole dish.

Layer ⅓ of the cheese, half the meat, ⅓ of the cheese, the other half of the meat, then top with the rest of the cheese. Cover with the top layer of rolls.

Melt the butter and mix the garlic into it, then brush over the top of the rolls.

Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil, transfer to the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil, then bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Slice the rolls, serve and enjoy!
