Chicken Enchilada Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • Cream cheese
  • Chicken
  • Seasoning
  • Cheese
  • Rotel
  • Green onion
  • Flour tortillas

You will need the following items to make this recipe:

  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Small bowl
  • Spoon
  • Butter knife
  • Plastic wrap
  • Cutting board
  • Large serrated knife

Directions:

In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, minced garlic, and taco seasoning, until well mixed.

Lay out the tortillas, and divide the mixture evenly between them, then spread over the surface of the tortillas.

Sprinkle chicken over the tortillas, then cheese, followed by the Rotel and green onions.

Start from one end of the tortilla, and roll it into itself, until it meets the other end.

Wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until ready to serve.

Once ready to serve, remove the plastic wrap, and cut each tortilla roll into 6 one inch pieces, discarding the ends (or snacking on them!)

  • 10 oz can Rotel with green chilis, well drained
  • 4 green onions, sliced
