How Do You Use Birth Affirmations?
Birth affirmations work on the same principle of hypnosis.
There is evidence stating that hypnosis is a safe and effective technique used in medical procedures.
Repeat your affirmations over and over during labor and birth as form of hypnosis.
This will help to banish negativity, anxiety and panic. You can say them out loud, repeat them silently in your head or write them down and read them to yourself.
Grab your set of printable birth affirmation cards and make sure you bring them with you to the hospital.
You can also check out the video below- some mommas may prefer hearing the affirmations read out loud.
