  • Breadcrumbs
  • Egg
  • Seasonings
  • Ketchup
  • Brown sugar
  • Potatoes
  • Green beans
  • Olive oil

You will need the following items to make this recipe:

  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Small bowl
  • Spoon
  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Large bowl
  • Food safe disposable gloves (optional)
  • Large spoon
  • Spatula
  • Medium sheet pan

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Dice the potatoes into small cubes. Trim the ends off the green beans.

Mix the seasonings together in a small bowl.

Combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg and half the seasonings in a bowl, then shape into 4 mini meatloaves. Arrange on a large baking sheet.

Mix the ketchup and brown sugar together in a small bowl and brush over the mini meatloaves.

To a large bowl, combine the potatoes, green beans, olive oil and the rest of the seasonings. Pour onto the sheet pan.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.
