Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels

These buffalo chicken pinwheels are creamy, cheesy, and packed with bold buffalo flavor in every bite. Made with shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, and buffalo sauce, they’re perfectly rolled inside soft flour tortillas with a pop of fresh green onion. An easy, crowd-pleasing appetizer that’s perfect for parties, game day, or a quick snack everyone will love!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded, cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded 
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Directions:

Mix together the cream cheese and buffalo sauce, and divide the mixture between the tortillas, then spread to the edges.

Top with chicken, then cheese.

Sprinkle green onions around.

Start from one end, and tightly roll the tortilla into itself. 

Wrap in saran wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until ready to serve.

Once ready to serve, use a serrated bread knife to cut into 6 one inch pieces, discarding (or snacking on) the ends. Arrange on a platter to serve.
