A classic Rice Krispies Treats recipe, cut into rectangles, then dipped in melted chocolate and sprinkles. These make a wonderful treat for school Valentine’s Day parties or a fun treat to make with your kids at home!

You will need the following items to make this recipe:
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Large saucepan
- Silicone spoon
- 2 – 8×8 inch baking pans, or 1 – 9×13 inch baking pan
- Parchment paper
- Large knife
- Cutting board
- 6 or 8 inch treat sticks
- Baking sheet
- Small microwave safe bowls for melting candy, or double boiler melting method
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp butter
- 10oz package mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup white candy melts
- 1 cup pink candy melts
- 3 tbsp XOXO Sprinkles

Instructions:
Line two 8×8 inch baking pans with parchment paper for an easy and mess free clean up.
Add butter and marshmallows to sauce pan, melt over low heat. Remove from heat.
Add Rice Krispies and stir until well coated.
Dived the mixture between the 2 prepared baking pans and use a buttered spatula to press the mixture down evenly.
Transfer the pans to the refrigerator to cool and set for 1 hour.
Remove the treats from the pan by lifting the parchement paper and setting on a cutting board. Cut the pan of treats in half, then cut each half into 3 rectangles.

Insert a treat stick into the bottom of each treat.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the candy melts to two bowls, melt according to package instructions.
Dip the top 2 inches of the treat into melted candy melts, set on the parchment lined baking sheet.
Immediately add sprinkles over the top of melted candy.
Chill for 15 minutes to set.
Enjoy!
